Redeem winning shares after a market reaches final resolution
Once a result is final, each winning share can be redeemed for $1.00. Claims are available from your portfolio and, when shown, from the resolved market's order panel.
Claim a position
Find claimable markets
Open Portfolio and look for the winnings card, or open the resolved market.
Review the claim
Confirm the markets and positions included in the request.
Sign
Select Claim or Claim winnings, sign the request, and wait for confirmation.
Check your balance
After confirmation, the redeemed amount appears in your available trading balance.

A winning position is not claimable while the market is still proposed, disputed, or under final review.
If the claim fails after final resolution, record the market link, wallet address, error message, and transaction hash before contacting support.
