This market will resolve Yes if, by 09:00 UTC on 31 December 2026, INTERPOL has issued a Red Notice specifically against Andrés Manuel López Obrador. It will resolve No if no such Red Notice has been issued by that cutoff. The primary resolution source is official INTERPOL publications or databases. If INTERPOL does not publicly list the notice status, resolution may use authoritative statements from INTERPOL, its national bureaux, or official government communications that directly confirm whether a Red Notice was issued. If a Red Notice is announced, later withdrawn, suspended, or superseded after the cutoff, the market still resolves Yes as long as it was issued before the cutoff. If the notice is explicitly issued for a different person, name variation, or unrelated matter, it does not count. If reports are conflicting, only a clear official confirmation of issuance counts.
